Jo Seung-woo makes his OTT debut in Netflix's 'Donggung' as the adult king
Netflix's 'Donggung' arrived on the 17th with Jo Seung-woo as the adult king and 17-year-old Moon Woo-jin playing him as a child.
Donggung hit Netflix on the 17th. It's Jo Seung-woo's first OTT role.
He plays the adult king. Moon Woo-jin, 17, handles the childhood version of the same character. The story centers on 구천, who moves between the world of the dead, and 생강, a court lady with secrets—both pulled in by the king to break a curse over the East Palace.
Moon has done this before. He showed up as a child actor in tvN's What's Wrong with Secretary Kim, OCN's Watcher, ENA's To My Harry, and the film Scarecrow. On Netflix, he was one of four actors playing the male lead 양관식 in 폭싹 속았수다 alongside 이천문, Park Bo-gum, and Park Hae-joon.
