Kim Tae-ri in talks for webtoon-based revenge drama 'Eonni, I'll Be Queen This Life'

Kim Tae-ri is in talks for the upcoming drama 언니, 이번 생엔 내가 왕비야 (Eonni, I'll Be Queen This Life). Management mmm confirmed on the 1st that the proposal arrived and is under positive review.

The project adapts a Naver Webtoon. Ariadne gets betrayed by her fiancé, sister, and parents before her death. She travels 15 years into the past to rewrite her fate, avenge her past life, and claim the throne. Romance revenge drama.

If she signs, this marks her first drama in roughly three years. Her last series, 정년이 (2024), peaked at 16.5% viewership per Nielsen Korea and won her the Best Actress Award in the broadcasting division at the 61st Baeksang Arts Awards.

She most recently appeared on tvN variety show 방과후 태리쌤, which wrapped in April 2026.
