Sunwoo JungA (선우정아) released a new digital single, 더 바라지도 않겠어 (Peacock), this week. Two sources place the release on July 23; one outlet reported July 24.

R&B/Soul built on live Hammond organ, strings, and piano. The song's back half lands a four-step explosive high note stacked over a carefully layered emotional build—the kind of vocal moment her catalog is known for.

The peacock works as a metaphor for shedding the habit of shrinking yourself to fit others' expectations and finally showing your full colors. The music video follows a character trapped inside an egg, representing the weight of outside judgment, breaking free and transforming into a peacock rendered in a fairy-tale visual style.
