UDTT premieres 'VIPER' on M Countdown in second single album comeback

UDTT (우당탕탕 소녀단) performed VIPER on Mnet M Countdown July 2. It was the title track's first music broadcast stage and kicked off the live rollout for their second single album.

Lisako, Han Chaehee, Gu Hanna, Woo Jeong, and Kwon Yejin took the stage with a song described in promotional materials as having "fatal and confident charm that cannot be escaped once seen." The album pairs VIPER with b-side Drift Away. The music video dropped June 27.

Producer Yoon Il-sang (윤일상) oversaw the full album. The release marks a collaboration between UDTT's new label TT Music and Universal Music—a significant infrastructure shift for a group only one single into their discography.

For the comeback stage, the group delivered what their team calls an upgraded girl-crush performance. Five members' confident aura, steady live vocals, and point choreography built to amplify the track's intensity. Global fans on social media and in fan communities called it "enchanted by the fatal stage" and debated whether the concept was witch-themed.

The broadcast run continues with KBS 2TV Music Bank on July 3 and MBC Show! Music Core on July 4.

UDTT debuted last year with School Rush. VIPER is their second release.
