BABYMONSTER's 가요대전 Summer stage hits 1M views, tops all performers

BABYMONSTER's stage video from 2026 SBS 가요대전 Summer crossed 1 million views by 4 PM on August 22. No other performer on the show reached that mark.

They performed three songs: 춤 (CHOOM) from their mini 3rd album, the digital single SUGAR HONEY ICE TEA, and MOON, which didn't air during the broadcast. Since the mini 3rd album dropped, the group has released four music videos total: 춤 (CHOOM), SUGAR HONEY ICE TEA, I LIKE IT, and MOON.

This win fits a larger streak. BABYMONSTER took first in total stage view count at both the 2024 and 2025 editions of SBS 가요대전 (2024 was their awards show debut). At the 2025 MAMA Awards, they claimed the top two spots—their special stage ranked first, their main stage second.

On August 21, they became the third K-pop girl group to hit 13 million YouTube subscribers. Their cumulative channel views are closing in on 10 billion. Seventeen videos—music videos and performances combined—have each surpassed 100 million views.

Live, BABYMONSTER played Summersonic 2026 in Japan and are mid-tour with 2026-27 BABYMONSTER WORLD TOUR [춤(CHOOM)]. The Seoul leg already wrapped. Twenty-nine dates across 18 cities are locked in so far. South America, North America, and Europe still have dates coming, spanning five continents.
