BABYMONSTER's 'Deserve' debut music show stage pulls 1.7M views, tops all performers on Oct. 24
BABYMONSTER brought 'Deserve' to MBC Show! Music Core on Oct. 24—their first live music broadcast performance of the new song.
First live music broadcast stage for a new song
BABYMONSTER performed Deserve on MBC Show! Music Core on October 24. It was the group's first time performing a new song live on a music broadcast. The digital single dropped October 23, roughly four months after Sugar Honey Ice Tea in June.
Deserve is a pop ballad built around the members' vocal tones and singing ability. Lyrical melody paired with deep emotion. The second half stopped people cold: Ahyeon's high-note ad-libs and Parita's powerful vocals converged at the climax, the moment the arrangement had been building toward the whole time.
The numbers after one day
The Show! Music Core stage clip recorded 1.7 million views—the highest of any performer on the broadcast that day. The Deserve music video has already crossed 20 million views on YouTube.
BABYMONSTER (members: Ahyeon, Parita, Asa, Luka, Rora, Chiquita) is scheduled to appear on SBS Inkigayo on October 25 to continue the promotional run.
World tour running alongside the comeback
The group is currently mid-way through their second world tour, 2026-27 BABYMONSTER WORLD TOUR [CHOOM]. 18 cities across 5 continents. 31 performances total.
