BABYMONSTER drops 'DESERVE' MV still cuts ahead of October 23 release
YG shared the first 'DESERVE' MV stills on Oct 19, showing Rora and Chiquita in starkly different scenes ahead of the Oct 23 single release.

First look at a slow song with "intense energy"
YG Entertainment posted the first DESERVE MV still cuts on October 19 via the group's official blog. The single drops October 23.
Executive producer Yang Hyun-suk called it "a slow song but with more intense energy than any song released so far." A sharp turn from SUGAR HONEY ICE TEA, which BABYMONSTER released earlier this year. The stills back that up—the visual mood swings hard.
What the stills show
Rora appears backstage, smiling while staff cheer around her. In another frame, she dances in silhouette alongside a male dancer. Chiquita stands alone in a dark corridor, calm expression, a crowd moving past her. (Warmth versus isolation—the two images already tell a story before the song even starts.)
Fifth activity of the year, with more coming
DESERVE is BABYMONSTER's fifth release activity of 2026. The group is running their second world tour, 2026-27 BABYMONSTER WORLD TOUR [춤 (CHOOM)], across 5 continents, 18 cities, and 31 shows. An album is planned for early next year.
Cheer the story
