ENA's 'Scarecrow' returns in special rerun after 9.3% peak rating and Blue Dragon Best Actor win

ENA is bringing back 허수아비 (Scarecrow) for a special rerun, scheduling three consecutive episodes per day from the 5th through the 8th. Episodes 1–3 aired at 7 AM on the 5th; episodes 4–6 followed at 8 AM on the 6th.

The drama, which wrapped its original run on May 26, stars Park Hae-soo, Lee Hee-joon, and Kwak Sun-young. It opened to a 2.9% nationwide rating, then closed its final episode at 8.1% nationwide and 8.3% in the Seoul metropolitan area — both series highs. The per-minute peak hit 9.3% nationally, and the 2049 demographic peaked at 3.3% per minute, ranking first across all channels in the same time slot. Scarecrow sits atop ENA's 2026 Monday-Tuesday lineup and second in the channel's all-time drama ratings history.

At the 5th Blue Dragon Series Awards, the show earned six nominations including Best Drama. Park Hae-soo took Best Actor. In his acceptance speech he said, "When my name was called, I got emotional. I am truly grateful," and added that he wanted to dedicate the award to Lee Hee-joon — "the greatest actor in my heart, who helped me so much." The speech was basically a love letter to his co-star.

ENA Content Business Division head Kim Jung-doo said the special broadcast "was prepared to repay viewers' support and allow them to enjoy the performances of actors including Park Hae-soo again."
