SF9's 'TENACITY' hits iTunes K-pop top 10 in 9 regions two days after release

SF9's second full-length album TENACITY cracked the iTunes K-pop album top 10 across 9 regions as of August 28, just two days after its August 26 release. Canada, the United States, Australia, and Singapore were among them.

The 10-track album also landed top 10 on iTunes pop album charts in 6 regions. Hungary, Taiwan, and Japan included. In Indonesia, Malaysia, and one more region, TENACITY hit top 5 simultaneously on all three chart tiers: overall albums, pop albums, and K-pop albums. Macau was their strongest market. Top 3 in all three categories, plus #1 for title track Without Wings on the iTunes K-pop music chart there.

Members Youngbin, Hwiyoung, and Chanhee wrote lyrics across multiple tracks. The album also features Curtain Call, Too Easily, and Do You Want Me.

SF9 started comeback activities with an Mnet M Countdown appearance on August 27 and will continue rolling out album tracks through music broadcasts and online content.

At the August 26 showcase held at Seoul Cube Convention Center, the members said: "We are so grateful to Fantasy who has been our support for 10 years." The concert name 축몽(十年逐夢) — roughly "chasing a dream for ten years" — makes the anniversary framing explicit.

The group will hold 2026 SF9 LIVE FANTASY #6 축몽(十年逐夢) at Seoul KBS Arena on October 10–11 to mark their 10th debut anniversary with fans.
