V.O.S leader Park Ji-hyun opens up about the group's near-breakup and 6-year hiatus on KBS 1TV's 'Back to the Music Season 2', episode 50.

V.O.S debuted in 2004 as a three-member vocal group. Six years had passed since they last performed together — and leader Park Ji-hyun sat down to explain why the reunion almost didn't happen.
The story aired August 29 at 11:05 PM on KBS 1TV's Song큐멘터리 Back to the Music Season 2, episode 50. Park Ji-hyun walked through everything: the breakout success of 눈을 보고 말해요 (Look Me in the Eyes and Tell Me), the track that introduced V.O.S to the public, and what came after.
The second album didn't land the way the first one did. Members disagreed on where the group should go next. Park Ji-hyun called it a period when V.O.S's future was genuinely uncertain. (Six years is a long time to hold a grudge, but apparently long enough to clear one too.)
He also brought up his solo track 보고 싶은 날엔 (When I Miss You). It hit number one, beating out Big Bang, Wonder Girls, and Girls' Generation at the time.
The episode covers the behind-the-scenes story of the reunion and what it took to get all three members back on stage.
