KARD's Jeon Somin turns 29, solo EP 'UNVEIL' out as group world tour hits Europe
KARD's Jeon Somin turned 29 on August 22, marking the occasion on Instagram while her solo EP 'UNVEIL' and the group's world tour 'NOW HERE' both run in parallel.

Somin's birthday, a solo era already in motion
Jeon Somin turned 29 on August 22. "Joy filled August," she posted on Instagram, thanking fans for their birthday wishes.
The timing couldn't be busier. She released her first solo EP, UNVEIL, on April 2 — her debut project outside KARD, where she sings lead vocals. Before that, she was in Purity and APRIL.
KARD's decade on record
KARD is a four-piece with J.seph, BM, Somin, and Jeon Jiwoo. Their discography spans project singles (Oh NaNa, Don't Recall, RUMOR), the official debut Hola Hola, and a string of mini-albums: You & Me, RIDE ON THE WIND, RED MOON, Way With Words, and 2022's Re:.
2023 added KARD Remix Project, Without You, and ICKY. Then came Where To Now? (Part.1 : Yellow Light), the digital single Detox, and DRIFT — with Bomb Bomb and Dumb Litty leading the performance-heavy stretch.
For their 10th debut anniversary, they released their first full-length album, Where To Now? (Part.2 : NOWHERE).
Berlin first, more cities to follow
KARD is touring now under NOW HERE, starting the European run in Berlin, Germany. Solo album and world tour at once — Somin's schedule is packed.
With UNVEIL out and the anniversary album released, the next chapter is tracking where the NOW HERE tour heads from Berlin.
Cheer the story
