Nam Yun-soo makes his theatrical debut in the abandoned-hospital thriller 'Killing Time', set for October release opposite Ryu Hye-young.

Nam Yun-soo is starring in Killing Time (킬링타임), an October thriller set inside an abandoned hospital. Characters race through a life-or-death time attack. He plays PD Joo-won, a leader desperate to produce explosive content for a comeback, opposite Ryu Hye-young.
The 28-year-old started as a fashion model, debuting in a CeCi magazine pictorial in 2014 before pivoting to acting. He played Kwak Ki-tae in the Netflix series Human Lessons, earning a Best New Male Actor nomination at the 57th Baeksang Arts Awards. He also appeared in KBS 2TV's Yeonmo as Prince Ja-eun Lee Hyun and SBS's Today's Webtoon as Gu Jun-young.
His first solo lead came with the 2024 TVING drama Love Laws of the Metropolis, where he played Go Young. That role won him the Best New Male Actor prize at the 2024 Cine21 Series of the Year awards.
Ahead of the film's release, Nam posted a photo on Instagram on the 17th. The two of them stood side by side in an indoor hallway, both throwing V-poses at the camera. His caption read, "오랜만에 만난 형 디어 에반 핸슨 = 나현우" — a shoutout to musical actor Na Hyun-woo, whom he identified as the Dear Evan Hansen lead.
Beyond film, Nam is a fixed cast member on the SBS variety show One Shot Project My Turn (한탕 프로젝트 마이턴), appearing as a member taking on a trot idol project. He previously served as a regular MC on M Countdown alongside (G)I-DLE's Mi-yeon from 2021 through early 2023.
Killing Time opens in theaters in October.
