Lee Chae-eun dropped the first bombshell before episode 10 of KBS's storytelling music audition show 해피투게더-혼자가 아니어서 좋아 even started: she's broken up with the boyfriend she'd been dating. The next question was obvious. "It's not a reunion with Oh Yun-gi," she said.

Lee Chae-eun and Oh Yun-gi make up 넌 나의 20대였어. They ended an 8-year relationship before their first appearance on the show. For episode 10, airing September 18, the pair sat down with special MCs Lee Juk and Bol Ppalggan Sacheungi, plus regulars Yoo Jae-seok, Jang Hang-jun, and Yoon Jong-shin.

The hosts couldn't help themselves

Jang Hang-jun leaned in. "It feels like we're watching a dating observation variety show of the two of you." Bol Ppalggan Sacheungi's An Ji-young went harder: was there "absolutely no possibility" of them dating again? Yoon Jong-shin called them "the team with the best storytelling" and threw out a group name: 될 듯 말 듯 ("Almost, But Not Quite").

Yoo Jae-seok took it further. "Among many groups, this is the first ex-couple group," he said. "I really hope you would be active."

Lee Chae-eun's song choice added fuel. She picked Going Home and said it "contains words I want to say to Oh Yun-gi."

The show itself is riding high. The Korean PD Association named it the TV Entertainment winner at its 317th '2026 PD of the Month' awards, announced on the 24th. The format works because Yoo Jae-seok reads people, Jang Hang-jun shapes their stories, and Yoon Jong-shin evaluates the music they bring from their lives.
