Epik High tours Lee Hae-ri's 300-pyeong home in Kang Min-kyung's YouTube video
Tablo called her yard's pine trees "the Hermès of nature" and asked how she affords it — her answer: being a duo helps.

"The Hermès of nature" and a very pointed question about group size
A video titled 유부 넷, 싱글 하나 ("Four Married, One Single") went up on Kang Min-kyung's YouTube channel '걍밍경' on October 12, and it's doing numbers in the group chat. Epik High's Tablo, Mithra Jin, and Twocut visited Davichi member Lee Hae-ri's home — estimated at around 300 pyeong — and the reactions ranged from genuine awe to mild existential crisis.
Tablo clocked the yard's landscaping immediately. Twocut went straight to the financial angle: "Hey, how much is that pine tree? Pine trees are the most expensive — in apartment landscaping." Tablo followed up:
"The pine tree is crazy. It's almost the Hermès of nature."
Lee Hae-ri, unbothered, explained that the price depends on the shape of the tree. When Tablo asked whether her asset manager had handled it, she confirmed she built the home herself. His response to the overall scale: "How much money do you have?" Her response: "This was cheap."
The duo math
Tablo's real moment came when he connected the dots on group economics. "Davichi and we do similar activities, and our music, YouTube, and earnings are probably similar too," he said. "But if it's a duo, they can live like this." He then answered his own question: "When three people split it, it's nothing. We write lyrics together, we write songs together."
Lee Hae-ri married a non-celebrity in 2022. (The video title — four married, one single — presumably refers to the combined marital status of the five people in the room, though the source doesn't spell that out.)
The visit is part of an ongoing collaboration between Epik High and Davichi, who are currently releasing a joint single album titled 미장센 (Mise-en-scène).
