Hyorin heads to Paris for KOREAN EXPO 2026, new mini album 'OriginaLyn' out now
Hyorin will perform a special track for Korea-France's 140th anniversary campaign 'One Song One Peace' at KOREAN EXPO 2026 before releasing it digitally.

Paris next, 'OriginaLyn' now
Hyorin has a Paris stage locked in. The former SISTAR leader and main vocalist was invited to KOREAN EXPO 2026 in France to perform a special song for One Song One Peace — a global music campaign marking the 140th anniversary of Korea-France diplomatic relations. The track premieres live at the event, then drops as a digital release. She's also joining a donation project supporting youth music talent and world cultural heritage preservation.
The Paris appearance follows her fourth mini album, OriginaLyn, released recently. Seven tracks, led by the title ChecK. She wrote on all seven.
A solo run built on numbers
Hyorin debuted with SISTAR in 2010 on single album Push Push, then went solo with full-length LOVE&HATE in 2013. The solo single 너 밖에 몰라 (One Way Love) swept music broadcast first-place wins. The 별에서 온 그대 OST 안녕 charted in the top tier of major streaming services. BLUE MOON (with 창모) crossed 100 million streams on Gaon Chart. 달리 (Dally) (Feat. GRAY) pulled tens of millions of YouTube views.
Her mini album run started with IT'S ME, then SAY MY NAME in 2020, then iCE in 2022 (home to No Thanks and Waka Boom (feat. 이영지)). Each one pushed deeper into hip-hop and R&B. OriginaLyn is the fourth in that series.
Outside music, she played Nana (Lee Jae-hee) in drama Dream High 2. She sang the Korean-language version of Let It Go for Frozen. Most recently she served as vocal master on the boy group survival show Boys II Planet. (35 years old and still stacking credits — the range is real.) The Paris performance marks her first live outing for the One Song One Peace track.
