Jennie joins The Weeknd in Seoul for first-ever live 'One Of The Girls' performance
BLACKPINK's Jennie surprised The Weeknd's Seoul crowd on August 8, performing "One Of The Girls" live for the first time since the 2023 studio collab.

Three years after the studio collab, the stage finally happened
Jennie walked out at Goyang Comprehensive Sports Complex Main Stadium on August 8 for night two of Hyundai Card Super Concert 28. She and The Weeknd performed "One Of The Girls" together live for the first time. He'd played the same venue the night before on July 7. Roughly 50,000 spectators came across both nights—his first Korea visit in eight years.
"One Of The Girls" is the The Idol HBO series OST, which marked Jennie's acting debut and featured The Weeknd as producer and lead actor. The track, a three-way collaboration between The Weeknd, Jennie, and Lily-Rose Depp, spent 20 weeks on the US Billboard Hot 100 after its 2023 release. Getting it onto a live stage in Seoul with both original artists there was the missing piece.
What Jennie said on the way off stage
After the performance, Jennie hugged The Weeknd and signed off in Korean: "주말 오빠, 즐거운 공연해요" (Weekend oppa, have a fun concert). On August 10 she posted concert and behind-the-scenes photos to her SNS.
"one of the girls with @theweeknd finally came alive in Seoul !! thank you for having me 주말오빠"
For the stage, Jennie wore an Alaïa 1991 Fall/Winter collection bodysuit in deep purple leopard print with velvet details, black lace-up boots, purple eyeshadow matched to the outfit's color tone, and long straight hair with bangs. The fashion press caught the archival Alaïa immediately.
The Weeknd's set included "Blinding Lights" alongside other catalog cuts. Jennie is currently signed to OA Entertainment.
