Max Changmin returns with third mini album 'All Of My Life' after 4 years 9 months
TVXQ's Changmin dropped his third solo mini album on October 19, nearly five years after his last solo release, with a six-track band-sound project and a Seoul live tour lined up.

4 years 9 months later, six tracks
TVXQ's Max Changmin released his third mini album, All Of My Life, on October 19 — his first solo record in 4 years and 9 months. The album has six tracks: All Of My Life (title track), Hot Blood, The Low, Yeah We Go, Sleeping By The Phone, and 99 (Boiling Point).
A countdown live streamed through the official TVXQ YouTube and TikTok channels on the same day at 5 PM.
Band sound was the brief from the start
Changmin pushed for a specific direction early. "I expressed the opinion that I wanted to fill the album with band sound." Getting the title track right took longer than usual. He typically spends 3 to 4 hours in the recording booth, but this time logged close to 8 hours through repeated re-recordings to fix what wasn't landing.
Yeah We Go is the one track he wrote solo. He's a sports fan, and it shows: "I wrote the lyrics imagining an athlete overcoming tension and pressure in the locker room and running out to the field." Hot Blood is the one he wants to shout with fans in a room. Sleeping By The Phone he described as the right fit for a sentimental autumn night (which, given the October drop, is not an accident).
Seoul live sessions in November
Changmin takes the album to a stage almost immediately. MAX CHANGMIN LIVE SESSION : RESONANCE opens at Seoul's YES24 Live Hall from November 6 to 8. "It will be a performance where you can feel plenty of exciting band sound."
