aespa's second full-length album 'LEMONADE' hit the Billboard 200, Artist 100, and UK Official Singles Chart. It's their eighth million-selling release.
LEMONADE is aespa's eighth million-seller — and the numbers keep coming.
The 11-track album dropped last month as their second full-length LP and first in two years. It landed in the upper ranks of the US Billboard 200, registered on the Artist 100, and entered the UK Official Singles Chart. Three separate chart markets in one cycle.
The record spans electronic dance, rock, hyperpop, medium-tempo R&B, and pop rock. Eight million-sellers across a discography says plenty on its own.
Off the promo cycle, aespa leader Karina posted on the 24th with the caption "맑고 탁한 여름" (Clear and Murky Summer), sharing photos from an art museum visit and a boat ride on the Han River. She was joined by actress Han Soo-ah. The two went public with their friendship in February when Karina shared photos from a Japan trip that also included ITZY's Ryujin.
Han Soo-ah debuted in the 2020 film Run Boy Run, played twin sisters in the drama Cheer Up, and won Best New Actress at the 2024 KBS Acting Awards for The Beauty and the Pure Boy. (Karina's social circle is quietly stacked.)
