MISAMO hit the MUSIC AWARDS JAPAN 2026 red carpet as Momo and Mina turn heads

MISAMO walked the red carpet at MUSIC AWARDS JAPAN 2026 on June 13, joining 11 other acts. Fujii Kaze, Sakanaquession, and 米津玄師 performed across TOYOTA ARENA TOKYO and other major Japanese venues. The ceremony aired live on Japanese terrestrial broadcast and multiple streaming platforms for a global audience.

Momo posted a full-length photo from the photowall on June 14, captioning it "MUSIC AWARDS JAPAN @miumiu." She wore a black mini dress with gold-tone accessories. She's been a fashion week regular, attending shows at both Milan and Paris.

The unit's 2026 regular album PLAY is their third MISAMO release, following Masterpiece (2023) and HAUTE COUTURE (2024). Mina, 28, is TWICE's main dancer and sub-vocalist with 11 years of ballet training. Momo, 29, has been dancing since age 3 and holds songwriting credits on TWICE tracks including "Shot thru the heart," "HOT," "LOVE FOOLISH," and "21:29."

On the TWICE side, the group released mini album 14 STRATEGY, regular album 4 THIS IS FOR plus its deluxe version, and special album TEN: The Story Goes On. They're running the THIS IS FOR world tour. Mina ranked 28th on the 2025 Billboard KPOP Artist 100 and landed in the top 35 among female K-pop idols in the US and top 15 in Japan on YouTube's most-searched K-pop idol members list the same year.
