Sandara Park opened up about extreme pre-stage nerves and her liquid-heavy diet on KBS Cool FM, days after dropping single album 'Refism' on June 20.

Sandara Park nearly collapsed before her first comeback stage after releasing single album Refism on June 20.
Appearing on KBS Cool FM's Pol Kim's Gayo Gwangjang on June 23, the 2NE1 member described what comeback nerves do to her body. "I was so nervous before my first stage that I barely ate anything," she said. "I even got to the point of almost collapsing."
Anxiety tanks her appetite entirely. When she locks in on something, her throat feels blocked and food becomes impossible. Her solution: liquids. Protein drinks. Decaffeinated iced vanilla lattes standing in for full meals. "I don't like snacking. I prefer liquids," she said. (The 39kg figure that surfaced during the broadcast makes that diet math a little alarming.)
The album's title track Festival is a reinterpretation of her original solo debut track of the same name, rebuilt with her current musical sensibility. She took songwriting, composition, and arrangement credits herself on Refism — a full creative ownership move that sets this release apart from earlier solo work.
