B THE HOOD, LEVVELS' five-member virtual group, hit 5M YouTube views and 850K subscribers in six weeks. Their pre-release single 'Lowkey' charted on YouTube Music Shorts.

Virtual idol group B THE HOOD hits 5M views and 850K YouTube subs before official debut

B THE HOOD racked up 5 million YouTube views before officially debuting. The five-member virtual group operates under LEVVELS.

Eon, Jace, PER B, Kyryu, and Luan released their first pre-release single Lowkey on June 26. Heavy trap drums collide with dreamy 1980s lo-fi synths, landing somewhere in pop easy-listening. On YouTube Music Shorts, Lowkey peaked at No. 14 daily and No. 22 weekly.

Six weeks after launch, the channel had 850K subscribers. Shorts content—animations and lyric videos—drove the 5 million view count. (Pre-debut numbers this strong for a virtual act are rare.)

LEVVELS plans an official debut soon. The company will roll out debut content combining "trendy sensibility and advanced technology" in stages.
