Heo Nam-jun to appear in IU's new album MV — their third collaboration
Actor Heo Nam-jun is set to appear in IU's upcoming album music video, marking the pair's third time working together.

The two previously worked together on the music video for "Never Ending Story," the title track of IU's third remake album 꽃갈피 셋, released in May of last year. A second link came in April, when Heo Nam-jun made a special appearance in the MBC drama 21세기 대군부인, playing Kim Yeon-jun, IU's blind date partner.
Heo Nam-jun has been candid about what those projects meant to him. "After IU's music video, there was no connection, but suddenly a proposal for a special appearance came through the casting director," he said. Every day leading up to the filming set "was a party without fail." He also described trembling hands when they first met and said the experience "felt like a dream." (His words about IU knowing he "exists in this world" being enough to have no regrets are going to live rent-free in everyone's head.)
Heo Nam-jun is currently filming the tvN drama 고래별 alongside Moon Ga-young and Choi Woo-shik.
IU is scheduled to attend the 5th Chungryong Series Awards as a presenter on the 31st. A concert at Goyang Comprehensive Sports Complex Main Stadium is set for September.
