Heo Nam-jun confirmed for IU's new mini-album MV, one year after 'Never Ending Story'

Actor Heo Nam-jun will star in the title track MV for IU's September 2026 mini-album, reuniting them a year after 'Never Ending Story'.

Heo Nam-jun confirmed for IU's new mini-album MV, one year after 'Never Ending Story'

Heo Nam-jun is appearing in the music video for IU's upcoming mini-album title track. Filming happens in early August, with the album arriving in September 2026.

The pair last worked together on Never Ending Story, the title track from IU's third remake album Kkotgalpi 3 (May 2025). That video paid tribute to the film Christmas in August. Heo Nam-jun reflected on the experience: "Every day up until the day I went to the filming set was a party without fail." He also said that knowing IU was aware of his existence left him with "nothing more to regret."

IU will release the new album before a concert at Goyang Sports Complex in September 2026.
