Lee Seung-yoon brought 100 fans into Melon's offline listening event on July 23, walking through 14 tracks from his sprawling 4th album—29 songs, a decade in the making.

Lee Seung-yoon sat down with 100 fans on July 23 at Sungsu-yul Music in Seoul for Melon's offline listening talk show THE SOUND, the second edition of the platform's original music project designed for artists to share the stories behind music they personally selected.
Music critic Jeong Min-jae moderated the session, which covered 14 tracks from Lee's 4th full-length album 0집 — a 29-song record spanning rock, modern rock, folk, and ballad that took approximately 10 years to complete. "0집 is an album I really wanted to complete for a long time," Lee said. "I still can't believe I made the album I wanted."
The show opened with track 1, 그림자 위로, and closed with 달이 참 예쁘다고, which Lee introduced as part of his personal "death trilogy." He described it as "a song with the message that I should live by taking care of the hearts next to me right now" and called it the motto of his life.
Double title track 뒤척이는 허울 also came up. Lee explained it's "about how things called valuable are just facades." Its music video was directed by Hobin (호빈), the creative director and director of 0집. The MV for 무얼 훔치지 was produced by animation director Jeong Da-hee (정다희).
Lee wrapped up with a note to the crowd: "It's rare to listen to the sound I made with fans. It was a moving time. Thank you so much for being with me." Key footage from the THE SOUND Lee Seung-yoon edition will be released later through Melon's official channel.
