Pre-sale tickets for the original two-night run sold out instantly, prompting a third show; the 5-track mini-album follows three days later.

Red Velvet added a third performance to their fan concert after pre-sale tickets for the original two-night run sold out the moment they went on sale.
The event, 2026 Red Velvet FAN-CON <A Day in Red & Velvet>, was initially set for August 1–2 at Korea University Hwajung Gymnasium in Seoul. Two shows. All seats gone before general tickets even opened. The group's team locked in an extra performance on July 31, stretching the run to three shows across three days (July 31 through August 2).
Tickets for the added date go through Melon Ticket on a rolling schedule: domestic fan club pre-sale July 13, global fan club pre-sale July 14, general sale July 15.
The concerts land right before Red Velvet's summer mini-album Velvet Summer—their first full-group release in approximately two years and two months since Cosmic. Five tracks. The title track Surfin' Boy drops August 3 at 6 PM across music platforms. Physical pre-orders are already open at online and offline retailers.
Three nights of a sold-out fan-con into a new album three days later. Red Velvet is running the full comeback playbook this summer.
