Wendy tops autumn hiking poll; Yuri, Jeon Somi round out top 3
Red Velvet's Wendy topped a TenAsia poll (Oct 15–21) on which female singer fans want to hike with this fall. Girls' Generation's Yuri placed 2nd, Jeon Somi 3rd.

Red Velvet's Wendy won TenAsia's poll on which female singer fans would most want to go autumn hiking with. The vote ran October 15 to 21.
The timing tracks with her schedule. Red Velvet dropped the mini-album Velvet Summer in August—their full-unit comeback roughly two years and two months after their previous release. The title track was Surfin Boy. The fan concert held ahead of the album sold out entirely, including added performances. Since August 2024, Wendy has also been DJing SBS PowerFM's Wendy's Young Street.
Yuri and Somi close out the top 3
Girls' Generation's Yuri came in second. She wrapped her exclusive contract with SM Entertainment in late August, though she continues Girls' Generation activities. Yuri has been active in the unit HyoRiSoo alongside Hyoyeon and Sooyoung. She recently appeared on MBC's I Live Alone sharing her life in Jeju.
Jeon Somi landed third. She swept music broadcast wins with Suddenly (갑자기), IOI's 10th-anniversary comeback track. On her Instagram story, Somi wrote: "I think I need to arrange a shelf because I have so many trophies."
TenAsia's TopTen site is now running four new polls. Fans can vote on which singers—female, male, female trot, male trot—they want to eat the season's first hotteok with as the weather turns cold.
