Wendy topped a TenAsia poll (Aug 1–7) on which female singer readers'd most want to visit a silver grass spot with. Yuri came 2nd, Carmen 3rd.
Wendy leads the autumn outing vote
Red Velvet's Wendy won a TenAsia poll asking readers which female singer they'd most want to visit a silver grass spot with. The poll ran August 1–7. Her timing was sharp: Red Velvet had just dropped the new mini-album Velvet Summer, and she's been hosting SBS Power FM's Wendy's Young Street daily since August 2024.
Girls' Generation's Yuri took second. She ended her exclusive contract with SM Entertainment in March after 19 years with the agency.
Carmen rounds out the top three
Hats2Hats member Carmen placed third. She is from Indonesia and debuted with Hats2Hats in February of last year. Since then she's released The Chase and FOCUS. Last month she put out her first Japanese single, ICONIC HEART.
TenAsia's Top Ten site is running four follow-up polls: which female singer, male singer, female trot singer, and male trot singer fans want to go on an autumn picnic with. Silver grass season hits different when you've got a bias to drag along.
