SEVENTEEN's Mingyu posts Dior-captioned graffiti street photos

SEVENTEEN's Mingyu dropped a set of photos on a graffiti-lined street. Caption: "Dior."

The 28-year-old has been building a solo profile steadily since his 2021 digital single Bittersweet featuring Lee Hi. His most recent solo project came on September 29, 2025—a joint mini album HYPE VIBES with S.Coups. Six tracks: the title 5, 4, 3 (Pretty woman) (feat. Lay Bankz), plus Fiesta, Worth it, For you, Young again, and Earth.

Beyond the discography, Mingyu has been stacking credits. A 2023 OST contribution to BETTING - 덫의 전쟁 alongside Jeonghan, Seungkwan, and Katori Shingo. A 2025 feature on PinkPantheress's Fancy Some More? track Illegal + SEVENTEEN with DK and Vernon. January saw him cover Esquire Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Thailand simultaneously. (He also held down SBS Inkigayo MC duties from February 2018 through October 2019.)

In an interview, Mingyu said he wants to reach a point where people can immediately recognize "this is Mingyu's voice." The HYPE VIBES era was clearly pushing toward that.

On the group side, SEVENTEEN wrapped SEVENTEEN WORLD TOUR [NEW_] IN JAPAN across Japan's four major domes, drawing approximately 420,000 fans. The Asia leg continues in February and March with stadium dates in Hong Kong, Singapore, Bangkok, and Bulacan.
