WJSN's Dayoung and Jay Park announce August collaboration single
Dayoung's first collaboration since going solo drops in August with Jay Park, teased July 28.
WJSN's Dayoung and Jay Park are releasing a collaboration single in August. A teaser image hit social media on July 28, just three days after the two shared a stage at Waterbomb.
It was their second time performing together. The first came in December at the 2025 Melon Music Awards, where Dayoung surprised the crowd as a guest alongside Jay Park.
The August single arrives roughly four months after What's a Girl to Do, Dayoung's second digital single from April. She handles album planning, production, songwriting, and composition for her solo work herself.
Her solo debut Body landed on Billboard, NME, and Hollywood Reporter's 2025 Best K-pop lists. She's picked up solo artist awards at multiple ceremonies. (The Jay Park collaboration marks the next chapter in what's been a packed solo year.)
