Timing matters. BTS released their fifth studio album ARIRANG in 2026 and launched BTS WORLD TOUR 'ARIRANG' following a Gwanghwamun comeback live. Jin is doing the full run: Busan, Japan, North America, Europe, and MetLife Stadium in New Jersey in early August.

His solo work spans from the 2022 single album The Astronaut through Super Tuna, the 2024 mini-album Happy (with pre-release single I'll Be There), and the 2025 mini-album Echo, which ventured into rock-influenced territory. OST credits include 죽어도 너야 for Hwarang, Yours for Jirisan, and Close to You for the 2025 drama Ask the Stars.
Off-stage, Jin crossed 100 million KRW in cumulative donations to UNICEF, earning Honors Club membership, and covers the August issue of Elle. He completed mandatory military service in June 2024 after enlisting in the Army's 5th Infantry Division in December 2022.
