The Wind return after 14 months with 4th mini album 'Second Wind : S#00', Block B's Park Kyung producing

The Wind are back. Kim Hee-su, Tanathon, Choi Han-bin, Park Ha-yu-chan, Ahn Chan-won, and Jang Hyun-jun released their 4th mini album Second Wind : S#00 on July 29, ending a 1-year-2-month gap since their last release.

It's their first album under Pangstar Entertainment's new management structure. For a group that debuted in May 2023, that feels like a reset.

The title track is "Party Like A Rock Star." The full tracklist includes "Shiver" (떨어) at track 3, "That's Smoove!" (댓츠 스무브!), and "Back and Forth" (이랬다 저랬다). Park Kyung (박경) of Block B wrote, composed, and produced every song on the record. He serves as The Wind's overall producer. Park Kyung had been largely inactive since 2021 before taking on this role.

The Block B connection runs deeper than one producer credit. Zico (지코), Park Kyung's former groupmate, has been producing BOYNEXTDOOR at KOZ Entertainment and brought that group to the top tier of the current generation. Two Block B members, two 5th-gen boy groups — the pattern is hard to miss. Park Kyung is now attempting a similar arc with The Wind.
