TXT return to Japan after 10 months with new single 'Setsuna Hanabi' on Aug. 17

TOMORROW X TOGETHER release Japanese single Setsuna Hanabi (セツナハナビ) on August 17. It's their first Japan comeback in 10 months.

Three tracks make up the single: title track Setsuna Hanabi, pre-release Nice to Meet ya, and b-side Silence. Nice to Meet ya dropped two weeks early with lyrics aimed at fandom MOA — "널 만나 정말 다행이야. 잊을 수가 없어서 몇 번이고 그저 만나고 싶어" ("I'm so glad I met you. I can't forget you, I just want to meet you again and again").

Last month brought two concept clips: Sparks and Bloom. Members Yeonjun, Soobin, Beomgyu, Taehyun, and Hueningkai narrate in Sparks, delivering lines like "경계가 사라지고 서로 겹쳐진다. 내 일부가 되어간다" and "여름은 이미 내 일부다" ("Summer is already a part of me"). On August 8, TXT collaborated with the 2026 Jingu Gaien Fireworks Festival and previewed Setsuna Hanabi live at the event.

Release day means a premium live at Tokyo Garden Theater for local fans. (The venue booking alone signals this is a proper event, not just a drop.)

The Japan push follows Starkissed, which surpassed 500,000 cumulative shipments and earned Double Platinum certification from the Recording Industry Association of Japan. TXT also topped the iMBC Entertainment and IDOL CHAMP joint 'Global Comeback Promo: August' poll with 71.9% of votes ahead of the release.
