WJSN's Dayoung dropped FLIRTY, her first collaboration single with Park Jae Beom, on August 4—and international outlets took notice.
Forbes ran a piece introducing her as "the queen of summer hit songs," crediting the collaboration with sharpening her identity as a solo artist. COMPLEX and Soompi covered the music video, amplifying the track to global audiences.
FLIRTY is a pop track centered on the rush of a new connection and self-assured swagger. Dayoung's vocals—clear and energetic—drive it. This marks her first collab single. Her solo debut was body.
The two had already performed together. They shared a stage at the 2025 Melon Music Awards and at Waterbomb Seoul 2026. (Waterbomb's festival run continues.) She's scheduled to perform at Waterbomb Sokcho 2026 on August 22.
Her agency said she "will further expand her unique musical color and presence through active activities spanning both domestic and international stages."
