Lee Tae-sung reunites with his dog's former vet on 'Groom School 2' after 5 years
Divorced actor Lee Tae-sung and veterinarian-dentist Jo Hee-jin reconnect on Channel A's 'Groom School 2', airing Oct. 30 at 9 PM—five years after she treated his dog.

A blind date with a familiar face
Lee Tae-sung and Jo Hee-jin are reuniting on Channel A's Groom School 2, airing October 30 at 9 PM. Five years ago, she was the vet who treated his dog. A mutual acquaintance reintroduced them.
Lee Tae-sung, now certified in pet behavior guidance, made his move quickly. "I will go directly to your home and provide education," he told her. Their second date happens at Jo Hee-jin's animal hospital in the October 30 episode.
Family already paying attention
Lee Tae-sung divorced in 2013 and has raised his son alone since. His son supports his dating life now—which matters, because the first broadcast triggered something. "After the broadcast aired, I received many calls from relatives," he said. They wanted to know: "Are you going through with this? Can we have hope?"
Studio observers Lee Seung-chul, Tak Jae-hun, and Song Hae-na watched the pair's dynamic unfold. Song Hae-na told Lee Tae-sung, "Your style has improved." Lee Seung-chul said they "looked the most stable and comfortable" of any couple the show has featured. He also noted their faces resemble each other. Lee Tae-sung's episode drew the highest reactions and view counts of any Groom School student to date.
(His relatives calling to ask if this is finally happening is very much the energy.)
