Yoon Jong-shin remixed a Park Jung-hyun track with Gwyn Dorado, the Filipino singer-songwriter who placed runner-up on Singer Again Season 4.

A Park Jung-hyun track, reworked with a Singer Again finalist
Yoon Jong-shin dropped 눈물이 주룩주룩 (Tears Stream Down) featuring Gwyn Dorado on October 30. It's the October installment of his 2026 Monthly Yoon Jong-shin Repair series. The track remixes a song from Park Jung-hyun's 7th regular album repackage, retuned toward something more rhythmic and soulful—built around what Dorado's voice could do.
Dorado is a Filipino singer-songwriter who finished runner-up on JTBC's Singer Again — Unknown Singer Competition Season 4 in 2025. Yoon Jong-shin judged that same season. That's where they met.
Why the word "tsunami" mattered
The song tracks a narrator drifting through life after a breakup. Then it hits. Longing and regret crash in all at once. Yoon Jong-shin zeroed in on one word to explain why.
"The word 'tsunami' was most important. A natural phenomenon like a tsunami cannot be resisted, and the longing we face while living feels the same way."
When longing rushes in like a tsunami, you sink. You go under. That's why the lyrics stuck with people.
What drew Yoon Jong-shin to Dorado
Yoon Jong-shin built Monthly Yoon Jong-shin on a single principle: lyrics matter. He said Dorado's handling of Korean text sealed it. "What impressed me most watching Dorado's stage was her lyrical interpretation," he said. She didn't rush the language. Each word got weighed. Each word got its due. For someone who puts lyrics above everything else, that was the thing.
(A Filipino artist treating Korean words with that kind of care, then landing a Yoon Jong-shin collab for it—that's a path.)
눈물이 주룩주룩 (with Gwyn Dorado) is available now on major streaming platforms.
