Kim Jae-hwan returns to the stage with first solo concert in 3 years, premieres self-composed track
Kim Jae-hwan played his first solo concert since military discharge at Seoul's Blue Square on Oct. 31–Nov. 1, debuting an unreleased self-composed song.

First solo stage in roughly 3 years
Kim Jae-hwan wrapped a two-night solo concert, 2026 Kim Jae-hwan Concert [Yeobeak: 餘白], at Seoul Blue Square Woori WON Banking Hall on October 31 and November 1. His first solo show in approximately three years. His first since completing military service. Each night ran 120 minutes with a four-piece full band backing every song.
He played guitar live on My Star and 그 시절 우리는, closing with 겨울동화. The setlist drew from his ballad catalog (안녕, 어떤 날엔, 그렇게 널), OST work (어떻게 될까?, What If, Black Sky), and 너잖아 from Love, From Here. A medley of Fin.K.L, TVXQ, and BTS hits appeared alongside Blow Me and 꽃인가요. Who Am I got a full audience sing-along.
Unreleased original and a song from service
The concert's centerpiece: Kim Jae-hwan premiered 다음 생에도, an unreleased self-composed track written specifically for these shows and performed with acoustic guitar. He also sang 달팽이, which he described as a source of comfort during military service. Earlier in the set came 빛이 되어줘, 시간이 필요해, 별의 목소리, his solo debut track 안녕하세요, and April release 지금 데리러 갈게.
Former Wanna One members attended both nights. Park Woo-jin showed up on day one. Lee Dae-hwi, Yoon Ji-sung, and Hwang Min-hyun came on day two.
What he said about the title
Kim Jae-hwan explained the concert's name directly: "I think what is most necessary to challenge new things is blank space." He continued: "This concert will be blank space for new challenges and another starting point. I will repay with more grown music and stages going forward." The hanja 餘白 in the title translates literally to "remaining white" — the visual concept of empty space on a page.
