Simmons Terrace: The K-Pop MV Location Two Million Fans Have Already Found

A mattress brand built a cultural complex in a small city called Icheon — about an hour southeast of Seoul — and somehow it became one of the most-visited spots in the country. Simmons Terrace opened in 2018 and has now crossed two million cumulative visitors, which tells you everything about how seriously Koreans take a well-designed brand space. The draw isn't just aesthetics: this is a working filming location that K-pop acts keep choosing, which means fans have a real reason to make the trip.

The two most recent MV connections are TOURS' "널 따라가" ("Following You") and IZNA's "BEEP" — both shot on location here. If you've watched either video and clocked the architecture, the brick-and-industrial-beam compound aesthetic is exactly what you'll find in person. That's the fan-pilgrimage pull: you're not visiting a set that's been struck, you're walking through a space that's still fully intact and open. The specific corners, the outdoor walkways, the signage — it all reads immediately if you know the videos.

Beyond the MV angle, Simmons Terrace runs as a genuine multi-use cultural space: rotating exhibitions, a market, and a café are all part of the complex. It's the kind of place that rewards a slow afternoon rather than a quick photo stop. The brand has leaned hard into the art-and-culture positioning since day one, which is why advertising shoots and K-pop productions keep coming back — the backdrop is consistently strong without being generic.

The practical reality for an overseas visitor: Icheon is not in central Seoul, so this works best as a dedicated day trip rather than a cluster-with-Seongsu kind of stop. That said, the trip is absolutely worth planning around if you're an IZNA or TOURS fan, or if you're the type who wants to stand in the exact frame from a video. No but the way that a mattress company accidentally built one of Korea's most-visited fan destinations is genuinely one of the more interesting K-culture stories of the last few years.
