Lee So-ra's first new song in seven years arrives next month, marking her return since a 2019 collaboration with BTS's SUGA.

Lee So-ra is releasing a new song in July 2026 — her first since the January 2019 single 신청곡 (Feat. SUGA of BTS). Seven years between releases.
Managed by Mareheim Entertainment, the track will land on online music platforms next month. No specific date within July has been announced.
"It feels fresh to release a new song after such a long time," she said. "I am grateful to those who waited, and I hope you will continue to pay attention as I will sing more in the future."
She debuted in 1993 as a member of vocal group Najseon Saramdeul (낯선 사람들), then went solo in 1995. Her releases span 난 행복해, 청혼, 그대안의 블루, 제발, 내곁에서 떠나가지 말아요, 기억해 줘, 바람이 분다, and 트랙(Track) 9.
This past March she appeared on KBS2's 더 시즌즈 - 성시경의 고막남친. That was her first broadcast appearance in six years. The July release follows that return to public activity.
