The Muse Entertainment launched a dedicated fan-reporting site on July 16 as RESCENE faces malicious abuse allegations. Member Mae says the story has been "greatly distorted."

RESCENE's agency The Muse Entertainment opened a dedicated reporting site on July 16 through its official website. The target: malicious posts and copyright infringement aimed at the group.
The agency's stated purpose was straightforward. "To receive reports from fans about malicious posts damaging artist reputation and copyright infringement cases, and to take action more quickly and accurately." It called on fandom Rimaine to submit reports actively, signaling plans to pursue legal countermeasures.
The move follows a September 2024 incident. During a live broadcast on member Mae's fan communication platform, unidentified female screams and a male's loud voice were picked up from outside the building. The clip spread online and fueled abuse allegations against the agency.
Mae addressed the claims directly. "The story has been greatly distorted," she said. The CEO and staff "care for RESCENE more than anyone." The group has "an equal relationship with the company." On the noise itself: "It was living noise from outside the building."
The agency's action arrives during a strong run for the group. RESCENE debuted in March 2024. Their remake single Pretty Girl — originally a 2008 mega-hit by senior group KARA — dropped on July 8 and charted immediately across major music platforms. Six days later, on July 14, the group took their first-ever music broadcast win with the track on SBS The Life's The Show. Also on July 8, their older track Love Attack climbed to No. 1 on Melon's Top 100 chart. Two chart wins in the same week, right as the abuse rumors peaked.
