The singer debuted with SISTAR in 2010 and has kept busy with solo work, OSTs, and features. She opened up about losing 20kg. "Two years ago I hit 68kg for the first time in my life," she said. She is now at 48kg.
No procedures. No personal training. Just the gym—a lot of it. "PT costs are expensive," she said. "Because it's a waste, when I go to the gym I work out for at least 3 hours." Her diet stayed balanced, not restrictive. She ate carbs deliberately. "To lose fat and gain muscle, you need to eat carbohydrates."
