Soyou's father passes away at 70; SISTAR singer suspends all schedules

Soyou (real name Kang Ji-hyun), a member of girl group SISTAR and solo singer, lost her father on July 25. He was 70.

The condolence hall is at Seoul Ewha Womans University Mokdong Hospital. Funeral procession is scheduled for July 27 at 0:00 AM, with burial at Suwon Yeonhwa Crematorium.

Soyou has suspended all schedules and is with her family. She debuted in 2010 as a SISTAR member. The group released summer hits including So Cool, Alone, and Loving U. She also appeared on the collaboration project Officially Missing You.
