Girls' Generation's Yuri is temporarily leaving Jeju for the August 31 debut of Hyorisoo.
She's lived on the island for over three years. The unit—Hyoyeon, Yuri, and Sooyoung—formed through Hyoyeon's YouTube channel. The trio recently appeared on MBC variety show Nol-myeon Mwohani? (What Do You Do When You Play?), building buzz ahead of the release. They're deep in choreography practice right now.
Their debut single is Skibidi.
Yuri addressed the move herself: "I'll come back right after Hyorisoo's debut, Jeju." She literally said it to the island. The parasocial energy is unmatched.
