Heo Jun-ho joins MBC's web-novel adaptation *Mind Doctor* as a hospital director, opposite leads Kang Ha-neul and Kim Hye-jun.

Heo Jun-ho joins MBC's 'Mind Doctor' — first medical drama in 10 years

Heo Jun-ho is confirmed for MBC's upcoming drama Mind Doctor (마인드 닥터). It's his first medical drama since Beautiful Mind on KBS 2TV in 2016.

The series adapts a web novel about a genius surgeon stripped of emotion who walks away from surgery after a traumatic event and pivots to psychiatry. Kang Ha-neul and Kim Hye-jun lead the cast. Heo Jun-ho plays Kim Man-chul, director of Jinindae Hospital and mentor to Kang Ha-neul's Lee Si-chan.

Heo Jun-ho appeared in Netflix's Boy at the End of the Line in June. Disney+'s Enchantment and Netflix's Grandma are both on his slate. Mind Doctor airs on MBC next year.
