izna will pre-release the title track DUMB HOT! on August 7 at midnight KST, ahead of their Japanese debut mini album HANDLE WITH CARE, which arrives September 2.
The group — Mai, Bang Ji-min, Coco, Yu Sa-rang, Choi Jung-eun, and Jung Se-bi — formed through the Mnet audition program ISLAND2: N/a last year. HANDLE WITH CARE is their first Japanese mini album.
The five-track set pairs two originals with three catalog reworks. DUMB HOT! and new song HEADACHE sit alongside Japanese-language versions of IZNA, SIGN, and Mamma Mia. The self-titled IZNA track traces the group's origins and growth.
The album title centers on holding to one's own standards, trusting oneself, and treating oneself with care. DUMB HOT! follows the same thread — its lyrics suggest that anyone can shine on the strength of their own charm.
