JYP's 7-member girl group OURBIRTHDAY drops concept photos ahead of Aug. 19 debut single

OURBIRTHDAY, a seven-member girl group under JYP Entertainment, released concept photos for their debut single Our Birthday across social media from August 6 to 8.

The aesthetic is fresh and kitschy. The sound has a name the group came up with themselves. "WHIP-HOP" blends "WHIPPED" (free, whipped-cream-like vibes and individual member personality) with intense hip-hop performance.

Before this rollout, the group had already been building presence through unit pre-debut activities and an animation promotion campaign.

Our Birthday releases August 19 across online music platforms. Seven members. One self-invented genre. A release date locked in.
