RIIZE's B-side from their third Japanese single 'Sunburst' (out September 26) will be the official cheering song for December's 79th National High School Basketball Championship in Tokyo.

"Rise Over" has been picked as the official cheering song for the 79th National High School Basketball Championship, Winter Cup 2026, which runs December 23–29 in Tokyo.
The track appears as a B-side on Sunburst, RIIZE's third Japanese single, dropping September 26. Fast-paced rock underpins the whole thing. Lyrically, it's about getting back up after you fall, pushing through whatever gets in your way—the kind of message that fits a high school sports tournament.
RIIZE said they hope the track "can give strength to the players competing in Winter Cup" and that it becomes "a wonderful cheering song that brings up everyone's courage beyond the stadium, anytime and anywhere."
Two Japan-side activations roll out alongside Sunburst. An Osaka showcase happens on the September 26 release date. A "Sunburst Train" (サンバーストレイン) promotion wraps artwork across six train lines connected to the sea through September 4. SM is not playing around with this one.
The single arrives as RIIZE keeps expanding their Japan presence. They already played Tokyo Dome—faster than any other K-pop boy group to reach that milestone.
