Rosie (Kang Joo-hee) drops 'First Train,' eyes EP 'FLAT' as project nears finish line
Singer Rosie is two singles into her four-track 'FLAT' rollout, with an EP of the same name to follow after joining Igo Group.
Rosie (강주희, 26) is halfway through a sequenced single rollout that ends with an EP.
The singer debuted in 2017 with Stars. She joined Igo Group and launched a new project called FLAT: four singles released one by one, then an EP with the same name. Don't Be — which she wrote and composed herself — came out June 16. First Train followed on July 26. Two down.
On August 16 she posted a self-camera update, her first public check-in since the recent activity.
Since debut, Rosie has released singles including 술래, 다 핀 꽃, OCEAN VIEW, COLD LOVE, 겨울..그다음 봄, Changed Number, and Something Casual. She put out Diamond and 너의 계절이 돌아올거야 in 2023, then Happy End in 2024. Her drama OST credits span 애기애기해 (저글러스), 조금만 더 (김비서가 왜 그럴까), 구름 (뷰티 인사이드), 홀로 (닥터 차정숙), and Alive (남남).
On 복면가왕 (King of Mask Singer), she became the youngest contestant to reach the third round in episode 106, finishing as runner-up. She's currently a fixed cast member on SBS's 싱포레스트.
