Solo Hell 5's Park Hee-sun speaks out after split from Lim Su-bin

Park Hee-sun and Lim Su-bin were paired in the finale of Netflix's Solo Hell 5 after selecting each other. They never officially confirmed dating in real life, though they were spotted together, referenced each other publicly, and shared behind-the-scenes clips that fueled online rumors.

On August 16, Park opened up about the breakup in a YouTube video on her channel 히써니데이.

Her standards have shifted. "My eyes have become more selective. I want to meet a genuinely good person," she said. She now only wants to start a relationship "when I can judge whether it will be helpful to both of us."

She used to lean hard on boyfriends. After breakups, being alone felt unbearable, so she'd jump into dating again. That pattern is gone. "Now I have confidence in myself and my standards have changed a lot. Dating has been difficult in so many ways that I'm also scared to start."

Her last serious relationship before the show lasted roughly two years. "Once I like someone, I keep liking them — so I end up getting hurt," she said.

Park is enrolled at Carnegie Mellon University as an Information Systems major and is studying as a visiting student at Seoul National University.
