TWS's second Japanese single, SODA SODA, moved 225,853 copies in its first week (August 3–9). That's the highest first-week sales figure the six-member group has posted across any release in Japan. Their fifth mini-album NO TRAGEDY held the previous record.

Both Oricon's weekly single ranking (dated August 17) and Billboard Japan's Top Single Sales chart (published August 12 for the same counting period) placed it at No. 2.

The momentum started immediately. SODA SODA hit No. 1 on Oricon's daily single ranking on release day. That single day's sales alone already exceeded the full first-week total of their 2025 Japanese debut single Nice to see you again (원제: はじめまして). The title track topped the dance category on both Japan iTunes and Apple Music Top Songs, and led AWA's real-time trending chart. Its music video cracked the top ranks of Line Music's Music Video Top 100 and Korea's YouTube Daily Popular Music Videos.

The release-day public event at Diversity Tokyo Plaza drew roughly 10,000 people. A "TWS Shibuya Stamp Rally" and additional offline events ran across the city at the same time.

TWS performs at Summer Sonic 2026 on August 14 and 16. Their Asia tour 24/7:FOR:YOU then brings them back to Japan for dates in Fukuoka (August 28–30), Hyogo (September 4–6), and Kanagawa (September 12–13).

TWS members: Shinyu, Dohoon, Youngjae, Hanjin, Jihoon, Kyungmin.
