LE SSERAFIM drops 'Made My Night' remix featuring EJAE, voice of Netflix's K-pop Demon Hunters
EJAE features on a September 14 remix of LE SSERAFIM's second single—and she wrote it too, weaving three group titles into the lyrics.
LE SSERAFIM and singer-songwriter EJAE (이재) released Made My Night (feat. EJAE), a remix of the group's second single title track, on September 14.
EJAE wrote herself into the catalog
EJAE voices Rumi in Netflix's animated film K-pop Demon Hunters and performed and co-produced the film's signature track Golden. For this remix, she stepped beyond a standard feature. She contributed to songwriting across the full track, not just her vocal section.
LE SSERAFIM handle the first verse with softer vocals. EJAE takes the second with a more powerful delivery. The lyrical easter egg sits in one line: "Go crazy, fearless and let go / Of all your tears, I ain't fragile." It folds in three LE SSERAFIM titles—debut track FEARLESS, and mini-album title tracks ANTIFRAGILE and CRAZY.
EJAE said: "The point is mentioning my favorite LE SSERAFIM songs 'FEARLESS', 'CRAZY', and 'ANTIFRAGILE' in the lyrics. I hope fans enjoy listening to it."
The second time around
EJAE has worked with the group before. She was credited as a composer on So Cynical (Badum) from LE SSERAFIM's fifth mini album HOT, released last year. This remix marks her second collaboration with them in back-to-back release cycles.
"I'm really happy to work with LE SSERAFIM again after participating in songwriting for 'So Cynical (Badum)' last year," she said.
Where the original stands
The original Made My Night dropped September 11 as the group's second single. It hit No. 32 on the Worldwide iTunes Song Chart on September 13 and held a chart position for three consecutive days. LE SSERAFIM performed the track live for the first time at BlizzCon 2026 on September 13 at 6 PM local time (a gaming festival stage debut for a K-pop title track is a flex).
